CSR / New Account Representative — Bloomington, IN
The New Account Representative/Teller position is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals by prospecting for new sales and service opportunities, making products recommendations, opening new accounts, completing account maintenance, and providing customer service after the sale. Focused primarily on deposit products and services (both retail and commercial), the position is also responsible for referring loan opportunities to appropriate personnel. Based on experience and needs, the position may be assigned to take consumer loan applications.
The position involves line supervision as needed in order to coordinate Teller activities and ensure timely completion of work. This position is well suited to those seeking an expanded sales role with the branch. This position is full time.
Must be available the following hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
Friday 8:15 am – 6:15 pm
Every other Saturday from 8:15 am – 12:15 pm.
Full Time Bank Teller — Bloomington, IN
The Teller is primarily responsible for assisting customers by conducting transactions in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner as well as promoting bank products and services.
Tellers are additionally responsible for completing those tasks necessary to support the completion of transactions, including balancing, imaging and proving transactions, and maintaining a safe and proper control environment.
At the direction of the Branch Manager, certain tellers may be assigned vault duties to ensure that an adequate supply of cash is available for other tellers, and that vault cash is properly secured at all times and accurately reflected on the Bank’s records.
Must be available the following hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
Friday 8:15 am – 6:15 pm
Every other Saturday from 8:15 am – 12:15 pm.
