While perfect for a child’s first bank account, this saving account is also ideal for anyone who likes a low minimum balance and a good interest rate.
- Minimum opening deposit of $25.00.
- There is a minimum balance fee of $1.00 per month if the balance falls below $100.00(unless the account holder is under 19 or over 62 years of age).
- Withdrawal fee of $.25 per withdrawal in excess of 3 per month.

Peoples Prestige Savings Account
If you carry a larger balance in your savings account and want to earn additional interest, this account may be right for you. You are limited to six withdrawals a month.
Key Features
- No charge if minimum balance is $300.00 or more.
- If the minimum balance drops below $300.00, the service charge will be $3.00 per month.
- Limited to Six withdrawals per month.
- Additional withdrawals are subject to a $2.00 charge for each withdrawal in excess of six.
- The minimum opening balance is $50.00.
- There is no minimum balance to earn interest.
